We are currently raising funds to accomplish the goal of sending these well deserving Veterans to see their memorial.
It takes approximatly $1000.00 per Veteran to fly him / her RT to DC from Seattle, WA. This includes all transportation, meals and accomodations.
We need volunteers to help in all areas of support of this goal. Such as: transportation to/from local Air Port, making phone calls, assisting in getting the word out & fund raising.
For every three Veterans that goes we need one guardian to assist on the trip.
(The guardians do pay their own way.)
We also need guardians that have medical background or training.
